Cancellation in case of illness or death of the cat or the owner is free of charge, provided a written statement from the (veterinary) doctor. After receiving this statement, the full deposit will be refunded.
You can always cancel up to 14 days before the stay. In that case, the hotel is still entitled to the advance payment of 30%. If the reservation is canceled or shortened less than 14 days before the reserved start date, the customer undertakes to pay the full amount of the reserved stay.
In case of no-show without cancellation, the full amount of the reservation must be paid.
Defacto cancellation: if your cat is not in order with the legal vaccinations (see vaccinations) or you cannot present the vaccination booklet on arrival, we are not allowed to accept your cat(s) and 90% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of cancellation by Luxe-kattenhotel.be due to force majeure (eg fire infrastructure), the full amount will be refunded. (Any damage incurred as a result of cancellation of Luxe-kattenhotel.be, cannot be recovered from the cat hotel in this case).
